The miss matters too
“180 to go” can't tell a drive 60 yards right in the trees from one 60 short in the fairway. GolfRat remembers where you aimed and where the ball actually finished, left or right, long or short. That's how you find the miss that keeps quietly costing you.
After the round
You don't need to relive all 80 shots. GolfRat shows where the round was won, where it slipped away, and the handful of shots that decided it. “Your 7-iron leaked 1.8 strokes today.” Now you know exactly what to practice.
After ten rounds
Rounds stack into trends. Maybe that driver you've been blaming isn't actually the problem. Maybe your 7-iron has been quietly costing you strokes for the last ten rounds. This is where you start seeing what actually needs work.
The deep dive
This is where it gets specific. Tap any club and see how it actually behaves: which way it misses, how wide, and what it costs. Your 5-iron leaks right, your driver sprays both ways. Now you know what to fix, not just that something's off.
Set the bar
Score every shot against a tour pro, or against your own handicap level. A 12-handicapper shouldn't have to measure up to Tour averages. Change the benchmark and the whole round re-scores on the spot.
